Worship & Arts Ministry Openings Lincoln Berean Church in Lincoln, Nebraska has a weekly attendance of approximately 4,000. We seek individuals for the following positions: The Worship & Arts Pastor serves as the Ministry Area Leader for the entire Worship & Arts Ministry, including worship, technology, drama,video, production, theology of the arts, and visual arts. This role involves shepherding and leading multiple paid and non-paid staff invarious roles. The Associate Pastor of Music & Worship serves as the point leader facilitating a team-based ministry to accomplish weekend services. This includes serving as a worship leader in various capacities and empowering people to serve as vocalists and/ or instrumentalists. Proven character and solid team-building and shepherding skills are essential for these roles.
